Thinly sliced pork belly (300g)
Potato (2 pcs)
Cabbage (300g)
Onion leeks (1 pc)
Carrots (1/3 pc)
Garlic chive (1/2 bundle)
Soup Base for Hot Pot (Pork Bone and Soy Sauce Nabe) Straight Type 750g (1 pack)
Korean red chili paste (1 tsp)


  1. Peel the potatoes and divide into 6 to 8 pcs. Place in a microwavable dish then add a little bit of water. Wrap then microwave for 5 mins (600W).
  2. Slice pork and vegetables into bite size pieces.
  3. Shake well the Soup Base for Hot Pot (Pork Bone and Soy Sauce Nabe) Straight Type before pouring into a pot. Add Korean red chili paste and mix well. Turn on the heat and bring to a boil. Add potatoes. Once the potatoes are soft, add ingredients in order of cooking time. Simmer.
