Mixed Hot Pot (Yose Nabe)
- Slice chicken thigh and fish fillet into bite size pieces.
- Slice vegetables into bite size portion. Place kudzu starch noodles in a hot water until it softens.
- In a pot, add Mizkan™ Soup Base for Hot Pot [YOSE NABE] Straight Type and bring into a boil. Add ingredients that are slow to cook first such as chicken thigh followed by easier to cook ingredients. Add udon noodles to finish the hot pot meal.
