Chicken wings 8 pieces (480g)
Chicken leg 1/2 piece (140g)
Cabbage 1/4 head of cabbage
Shiitake mushrooms 8 mushrooms
White leeks 2 stalks
Carrots 1 carrot
Chives 1/2 bunch
Water 4 cups
Sake 1 tbsp
Salt Pinch
Mizkan AJIPON® (To taste)
Mizkan Kaori-no-Kura® (Freshly-squeezed citrus) (To taste)
Mizkan Dashi Maro-pon™ (To taste)
Spring onions (cut into small pieces) (To taste)
Grated radish and chili (To taste)


  1. Add water, sake, salt and chicken wings to a pot and let it simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
  2. Cut up the chicken legs into bite-sized pieces. Cut the cabbage up into large pieces, shiitake mushrooms into decorative slices, and white leeks into diagonal slices. Cut half of the carrots into rectangular slices and half using a mold. Cut up the chives into 5-cm long pieces.
  3. Add the chicken leg to [1]. Once the chicken has cooked through, add [2] to the pot (with the exception of the chives) and let the ingredients cook.
  4. Add the chives and bring to a boil.
      *Serve with AJIPON, Kaori-no-Kura (Freshly-squeezed citrus), or Dashi Maro-Pon. Add spring onions or grated radish and chili as condiments if you like.
