Octopus and Mozuku with vinegar
- Cut octopus into bite-sized pieces. Cut cucumber into rings. Shred ginger.
- Wash raw mozuku. Remove as much moisture as possible
- Mix (1), (2) and MIZKAN™ Sushi Seasoning. Leave for 5 minutes, serve to prepared dishes.
