Octopus (2 pieces of its legs)
Mozuku (seaweed) (150g (raw))
Cucumber (1/2)
Ginger (1/2)
Sushi Seasoning 360ml (As appropriate)


  1. Cut octopus into bite-sized pieces. Cut cucumber into rings. Shred ginger.
  2. Wash raw mozuku. Remove as much moisture as possible
  3. Mix (1), (2) and MIZKAN™ Sushi Seasoning. Leave for 5 minutes, serve to prepared dishes.
