Peanut Butter Sauteed Pork and Asparagus with AJIPON®
- Shave off the skin from the base of the asparagus and cut it into 4-cm long diagonal slices. Mix <A> well.
- Place olive oil and garlic into a frying pan. Fry over medium heat for about one minute until the garlic is lightly browned to release the aroma.
- Add the pork and fry it. When about 70% to 80% of the pork has turned a slightly-white color, add the asparagus and stir-fry for about two minutes. Add <A> and continue to stir-fry.
