Salmon roe (as appropriate)
Cucumber (2 pieces)
White sesame seeds (as appropriate)
Shredded seaweed (as appropriate)

Rice (450g)
Sushi Seasoning with Kelp Extract (6 tablespoons)


  1. Add MIZKAN™ Sushi Seasoning with Kelp extract on to just cooked rice and mix to make sushi rice
  2. 2) Shred cucumbers
  3. 3) Place sushi rice into a big bowl. Decorate with Salmon, salmon roe and cucumbers. Sprinkle white sesame and shredded seaweed. Serve with preferred amount of soy sauce and wasabi.
