Ingredients

Pork loin/chicken thinly sliced (as desired)
Chinese cabbage (1/4pc)
Onion leek (2pcs)
Potherb Mustard (1bundle)
Carrots (moderate amount)
Enoki mushroom (1pack)
Soft tofu (1block)
Deep fried tofu (1pc)
Soup Base for Hot Pot (Sesame and Soymilk Nabe) Straight Type 750g (1Pouch)

Udon noodles (Frozen) (1 pack)

Instructions

  1. Slice the ingredients into bite size pieces.
  2. Shake well Mizkan™ Soup base for Hot Pot [SESAME AND SOYMILK NABE] Straight Type before transferring into a pot. Bring into a boil.
  3. Add all the ingredients except potherb mustard. Cover and bring into a boil on medium heat.
  4. Lastly, add potherb mustard on top.

        To finish the hot pot meal, we recommend to eat udon noodles at the end.
          Follow the instruction of the boiling time of the udon package then serve.
