Somen (8 bundles)
<Preferred condiments>
Ginger (As appropriate)
Myoga ginger (As appropriate)
Spring onion (chopped) (As appropriate)
Sesame Sauce Roasted Coarse Type 250ml (100ml)

Tsuyu (Soup Base with Bonito Extract) (150ml)
Water (150ml)

Instructions

  1. Boil water. Boil somen
  2. Transfer (1) to prepared dishes. Chop myoga ginger and spring onion. Grate ginger. Add <preferred condiments> onto somen. Mix preferred MIZKAN™ Sesame Sauce, Mizkan™ Tsuyu soup base with Bonito extract and water. Serve
