Smoked Salmon (4 pieces)
Bream ("tai") (sashimi) (8 pieces)
Sichuan pepper (As appropriate)
Rice (225g)
Sushi Seasoning 360ml (3 tabllespoons)


  1. Wash rice and place in a draining basket for half an hour
  2. Cook rice that is slightly harder in electric rice cooker. Mix rice with MIZKAN™ Sushi Seasoning to make sushi rice.
  3. Place Cling-wrap sheet in a small-sized cup. Add smoked salmon. Add sushi rice on top of it and cling wrap into a spherical shape.
  4. For Bream sashimi, Place Sichuan pepper onto the cling-wrap sheet first, followed by the bream sashimi. Continue with the steps from (3).
  5. Add rice and wrap into a spherical shape.
  6. Remove cling-wrap and served on to prepared dishes
