Rice (450g)
Sushi Seasoning 360ml (90ml)
White Sesame Seeds (2 tablespoons)
Raw Tuna (200g)
Wasabi (As appropriate)
Seaweed (As appropriate)
Spring Onion (As appropriate)
Soy Sauce (As appropriate)


  1. Wash rice. Cook rice with less water than you normally use
  2. Add MIZKAN™ Sushi seasoning on to cooked rice. Add white sesame seed. Mix and leave aside to cool.
  3. Slice tuna into thin pieces. Slice spring onions
  4. Place rice into bowl ("don"). Place tuna over rice. Sprinkle spring onion and shredded seaweed. Add a little wasabi.
