- Wash rice. Cook rice with less water than you normally use
- Add MIZKAN™ Sushi seasoning on to cooked rice. Add white sesame seed. Mix and leave aside to cool.
- Slice tuna into thin pieces. Slice spring onions
- Place rice into bowl ("don"). Place tuna over rice. Sprinkle spring onion and shredded seaweed. Add a little wasabi.
