- Sprinkle the pork with salt and pepper. Coat the pork with flour, eggs and breadcrumbs, and then deep-fry in oil.
- Cut up the tomato lengthwise into eights. Cut the cabbage into fine strips.
- Garnish the bowl with salad greens, cabbage, tomatoes and parsley. Place lightly drained, grated daikon on top of the fried pork cutlet and pour AJIPON over the top.
