Ingredients

Pork loin (2 cuts of meat)
Salt (Pinch)
Pepper (Pinch)
 
Eggs (1)
Flour (As needed)
Breadcrumbs (panko) (As needed)
Deep-frying oil (As needed)
 
Tomato (1/2 of a tomato)
Cabbage (2 pieces)
 
Parsley (Pinch)
Salad greens (Pinch)
 
Grated radish (daikon) (1/2 cup)
Mizkan AJIPON® (To taste)

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the pork with salt and pepper. Coat the pork with flour, eggs and breadcrumbs, and then deep-fry in oil.
  2. Cut up the tomato lengthwise into eights. Cut the cabbage into fine strips.
  3. Garnish the bowl with salad greens, cabbage, tomatoes and parsley. Place lightly drained, grated daikon on top of the fried pork cutlet and pour AJIPON over the top.
