Ingredients

Broccoli (1 whole)
Potatoes (3 wholes)
Carrots (1/2 a carrot)
Pumpkins (1/8 of a whole)
Boiled eggs (2 eggs)
 
Sesame Sauce Roasted Coarse Type 250ml (As appropriate)
 
or
 
Sesame Sauce with Roasted Nuts 250ml (As appropriate)

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Boil until it is soft enough to be poked through with a wooden skewer. Cut pumpkins into bite-sized pieces as well. Boil pumpkins.
  2. Peel carrots and slice very finely. Separate the stalks of brocolli and boil in salt water
  3. Cut boiled eggs into bite-sized pieces
  4. Transfer boiled vegetables and eggs to prepared dishes. Serve with preferred MIZKAN™ Sesame Sauce
  5.
