  1. 将生菜切成易入口大小,红彩椒切薄片,韭菜切成5cm长。
  2. 把鸡胸肉放到耐热容器内浇上清酒1大勺,用保鲜膜盖好,微波炉(600W)微波2分30秒,备用。
  3. 把韭菜以外的蔬菜放到耐热容器里,用微波炉(600W)微波1分30秒~2分钟。最后把韭菜放入还有余热的容器内。
  4. 把 [2] 和 [3] 盛盘,将<沙拉汁>浇上即可享用。
