  1. 将秋葵洗净去根斜切两半,然后将圣女果用竹签等插几个小洞。把黄瓜按照4cm长短切成6等分,彩椒切成5mm左右宽条。
  2. 把<调味汁>重复搅拌融化。
  3. 把[1]、[2]放入密封袋去除里面的空气后腌制30分钟完成。
