  1. 把鸡胸肉切成易入口大小,用<A>混合后常温放置20分钟,然后把<B>也混合裹上鸡胸肉备用。
  2. 在锅里倒入2cm高的油烧到170度,将[1]油炸。
  3. 在盆子里把<C>混合,把炸好的[2]一个一个的沾满<C>的调味汁后装盘,剩下的一半调味汁浇到上面,再用蛋黄酱浇成格子形状后,上面用紫苏和圣女果装饰。
