  1. 用「白菊」、砂糖、食盐做成<寿司醋>。
  2. 在煮好的米饭浇上[1]混合搅拌冷却备用。 
  3. 金枪鱼(油脂多的部分)、金枪鱼、鲷鱼、三文鱼、厚玉子烧、大虾、扇贝、咸鲑鱼子、鱿鱼、星鳗等每种食材捏2个。
  4. 放到容器里,加上甜醋姜,沾酱油享用。

      ※厚玉子烧需要用细海苔固定。
          鱼籽需要使用军舰用海苔。
            在鱿鱼和寿司饭中间放置一片2cm大小的紫苏。
             
                星鳗用「寿司用调味液」抹匀。
