  1. 用盐和胡椒将牛肉腌制。将水煮蛋用牛肉卷好,粘上一层薄薄的淀粉。牛蒡和生姜切丝。
  2. 把炖锅烧热加入色拉油,把牛肉双面煎制变色,中途把牛蒡和生姜炒熟,将混合好的<A>放入锅内,将牛蒡放到锅边,将锅斜放,把牛肉卷用中火炖煮。
  3. 炖煮至芡汁稍干全部沾满牛肉卷外层,切成两半装盘。
