  1. 把猪里脊放入锅中,加入没过猪里脊的水加热,煮沸后改小火加热10分钟后,晾凉拿出后切成2cm厚。
  2. 把姜去皮切成薄片,把蒜轻轻拍碎,把荷兰豆过水焯好备用。
  3. 把<调味料>和 [2] 放入不锈钢锅或者树脂锅中煮沸。
  4. 在煮好的里脊和去皮的鸡蛋放入 [3] 中煮,去沫后盖好盖子小火煮 30~40 分钟。
  5. 把里脊肉和切成两半的鸡蛋装盘,用荷兰豆装饰。
