  1. 把猕猴桃去皮切成圆片。
  2. 在可密封的瓶子里加入[1]的猕猴桃、冰糖和「谷物醋」,之后封好盖子放至阴凉处。
  3. 在盖紧盖子的状态下,每天轻轻摇晃1次,一周后即可食用,把腌渍过的果实取出。(果实可根据个人爱好食用)

      ※可以用冷水或者碳酸水按照5倍倍率稀释,就可以尽情享用清爽的口感啦!
         
          ※做好的水果醋放到冰箱内冷藏,请在一年内食用完毕。
            ※如外观可见浑浊或者浮游物请不要再食用。
              ※请不要使用金属材质的盖子。
                ※做好的水果醋进行5倍稀释,大概8杯左右。
