  1. 小黃瓜、火腿切成細絲。豆芽菜川燙後,放涼, 再放入冰箱冷藏。
  2. 涼麵麵條放入鍋内用大量的水煮熟後, 放入冰水內冷卻。
  3. 將麵放入碗盤內, 擺上 [1] 的食材增添色彩, 淋上「調味料」。
  4. 再淋上「金芝麻 焙煎荒挽」或是「金芝麻 焙煎堅果」2~3大匙左右即可。
