  1. 大蒜切薄片,生姜切细丝,紫苏切丝。
  2. 锅内热油,把蒜片用小火慢炒,炒干水分,放入金枪鱼,双面煎至变色后放入黄油翻炒后取出。
  3. 在 [2] 的锅里加入<调味料>稍加热至收干芡汁。
  4. 将 [2] 的煎好的金枪鱼排切成易食用大小后放入容器中,浇上 [3] 、把 [2] 的蒜片和 [1] 的姜丝、紫苏撒上盛盘。
