雞翅 (6根)
水煮蛋 (2個)
生薑 (10g)
大蒜 (1片)
青花菜 (適量)
 
<調味料>穀物醋 (1/2杯)
醬油 (1/4杯)
水 (1/4杯)
糖 (1又1/2大匙)

Instructions

  1. 用紙巾把雞翅的水分擦乾。
  2. 將帶皮生薑切成薄片、大蒜稍微拍碎。
  3. 在不鏽鋼或樹脂加工的鍋子放入<調味料>和[2]煮開。
  4. 煮開後放入[1]和剝了殼的水煮蛋,加蓋用中火燜煮20分鐘。
  5. 將雞肉盛在器皿中,配上切半的水煮蛋。再附上水煮青花菜。
