Ingredients

牛肉(牛排用) (牛排用 4片)
粗粒胡椒粉 (少量)
磨芝麻 (半磨 1/2 杯)
沙拉油 (2大匙)
 
<調味料>
洋蔥 (磨碎2大匙)
味淋風調味料本照 (2大匙)
穀物醋 (1大匙)
料理酒 (1大匙)
醬油 (2大匙)
胡椒 (少量)

Instructions

  1. 把<調味料>放入耐熱性容器裡,使用保鮮膜包住後,微波1-2鐘製作醬料。
  2. 牛肉表面上灑胡椒粉,半磨碎芝麻黏在表面上。
  3. 平底鍋加熱放入加沙拉油,把[2]的牛肉並排放入煎。
  4. 煎好的牛肉切成一口大小盛盤,淋上[1]的醬料,附上自己喜歡的菜餚。
