Ingredients

馬鈴薯 (2個)
洋蔥(切成片) (1/4)
鮪魚罐頭 (1 罐)
玉米罐頭 (1/4 杯)
起司 (適量)
粉起司 (適量)
芹菜 (適量)
 
<調味料>
滋優鮮露(鰹魚) (2大匙)
水 (1 杯)

Instructions

  1. 馬鈴薯切8等分,浸泡水。
  2. 鍋裡放入<調味料>和(1)水煮,馬鈴薯變軟後壓碎。水煮到調味料快要沒有。
  3. 使用耐熱用盤子裡放入(2)、洋蔥切片、鮪魚、玉米、起司上灑上起司粉。
  4. 在烤箱烤15分鐘,最後灑上芹菜。
