Ingredients

洋蔥 (35 g)
雞腿肉 (125 g)
沙拉醬 (芥末) (50 ml)
蔥 (25 g)
紅椒 (20 g)
黃椒 (20 g)
蛋 (1個)
地瓜粉 (適量)
沙拉油 (適量)
蘿蔔嬰 (15 g)

Instructions

  1. 洋蔥切絲。於碗中放入雞肉、洋蔥以及味滋康芥末醬油沙拉醬50ml,稍作攪拌醃製半天到一天
  2. 把蔥切絲、甜椒切薄片後,浸泡在水中
  3. 把①的雞肉沾取蛋液後,裹上地瓜粉,放入170~180度的油鍋中炸至酥脆
  4. 在盤子上擺上蘿蔔嬰與②裝飾,把炸好的雞肉切成一口狀擺盤,最後淋上「味滋康芥末醬油沙拉醬」即大功告成!
