Ingredients

豬腳肉 (150g)
洋蔥 (1/4 個)
香菇 (1 個)
紅蘿蔔 (1/4 根)
味滋康 粉絲 (20g)
沙拉油 (適量)
太白粉(與水調好的) (適量)
胡椒 (少量)
 
春捲之皮 (適量)
 
炸油 (適量)
 
<調味料>
鰹魚調味露二倍 (1/4 杯)
水 (9大匙)

Instructions

  1. 洋蔥、香菇、紅蘿蔔、切成細末,粉絲泡水。
  2. 平底鍋裡倒入沙拉油,炒豬絞肉,加上(1)蔬菜一起拌炒。加少許胡椒粉。
  3. (2)裡加上燉煮後倒入太白粉再加粉絲。
  4. (3)冷卻後使用春捲皮包起來,油炸。
