豬絞肉 (100g)
 
<餡料)>
高麗菜 (2片)
蔥 (1/6根)
薑 (1/2片)
大蒜 (1/2瓣)
醬油 (1/2大匙)
酒 (1/2大匙)
麻油 (1小匙)
鹽、胡椒 (適量)
水餃皮 (12片)
芝麻醬 (練芝麻) (6大匙)
腰果 (2大匙)
辣油 (2大匙)
花椒 (2小匙)
萬能蔥 (2大匙)

Instructions

  1. 製作餃肉餡】 高麗菜切細放入碗內, 撒上少許鹽巴 ( 份量外) 後靜置, 充分揉勻徹底瀝乾水分。將蔥、薑、大蒜切成細末。
  2. 將豬絞肉放入碗內, 放入<餡料>攪拌到很有黏性, 再加入高麗菜蔥、薑、大蒜充分拌勻後分成12等分。
  3. 水餃皮中間放上1份[2]的肉餡, 水餃皮四周沾水從邊緣捏起摺出縐摺後, 包起捏緊邊口。
  4. 將水餃放入滾水中煮。
  5. 將水餃裝盤, 淋上「味滋康TM 金芝麻醬系列」。
  6. 撒上辣油、花椒粉、碎腰果及切成細末的萬能蔥。
