Ingredients

雞翅 (8隻)
水煮蛋 (1個)
甜椒 (紅・黄共1/2個)
生薑 (1片)
蒜頭 (1片)
 
<調味料>
柑橘醋醬汁 (1杯)

Instructions

  1. 雞翅用餐巾紙去除多餘水氣。甜椒切成5mm左右細絲。
  2. 生薑帶皮切成薄片。蒜頭稍微拍碎。
  3. 取不銹鋼或不沾鍋加入<調味料>和②一起煮。
  4. 煮滾後加入①的雞翅跟去殼後的水煮蛋, 蓋上鍋蓋用中火煮20分鐘。
  5. 等雞翅煮熟後將④放入再度蓋上鍋蓋, 為了保留甜椒口感用小火約煮1分鐘即可。
  6. 雞翅、甜椒盛入碗内, 水煮蛋切半擺入。
