Ingredients

雞腿肉 (2 片)
洋蔥 (1 個)
青椒 (3 個)
沙拉油 (適量)
 
芝麻醬 (堅果) (6大匙)

Instructions

  1. 雞腿肉取出筋後切成2片,皮目用叉子叉。
  2. 平底鍋裡放入沙拉油,把[1]從皮目開始煎至兩面。
  3. 加入攪拌好的<照燒醬>,淋在雞肉上。以個人喜好附上菜盛盤。

      ※<照燒醬>也可以和いわし、ぶり等魚類一起享用,也很好吃。
