Ingredients

板蒟蒻 (1 片)
辣椒 (1/2 根)
 
<調味料>
滋優鮮露(鰹魚) (3大匙)
醬油 (1小匙)
水 (1/2杯)
 
沙拉油 (1大匙)

Instructions

  1. 在蒟蒻表面與背面切入斜格子狀並切成一口大小,水煮滾川燙後瀝乾。 
  2. 鍋裡放入沙拉油加熱,放入蒟蒻與已切好的紅辣椒炒。再加水烹煮轉小火加入味滋康滋優鮮露鰹魚2倍。(在此取出紅辣椒的話比較會不會辣)
  3. 煮到湯汁沾滿材料約15分鐘。
