Ingredients

炙烤生牛肉 (50g)
生香菇 (20g)
杏鮑菇 (20g)
水菜 (20g)
櫻桃蘿蔔 (15g)
沙拉醬 (芝麻) (20ml)

Instructions

  1. 炙烤生牛肉切薄片。
  2. 生香菇、杏鮑菇放烤網上烤熟, 杏鮑菇橫刀斜切成大塊。
  3. 水菜切成 3cm長, 櫻桃蘿蔔切成 4等份。
  4. 盤内擺入炙烤生牛肉片跟生菜, 淋上「芝麻醬油沙拉醬」。
