Ingredients

豬絞肉 (150g)
洋蔥 (1/4個)
胡蘿蔔 (1/4根)
香菇 (1個)
冬粉 (20g)
太白粉水 (適量)
沙拉油 (適量)
黑胡椒 (少許)
春捲皮 (適量)
炸油 (適量)
 
<調味料>
鰹魚調味露二倍 (1/4杯)
水 (9湯匙)

Instructions

  1. 洋蔥,香菇和胡蘿蔔切小丁。並將冬粉泡開。
  2. 在平底鍋中加入沙拉油熱鍋,豬絞肉下鍋炒開,放入[1]的蔬菜一起炒,並加入黑胡椒調味。
  3. 在②中加入<調味料>,轉小火煮一下,倒太白粉水做出芡汁。 最後加入冬粉煮至入味後關火。
  4. ③放涼後,包進春捲皮並放入油中炸熟。
