Ingredients

雞腿肉 (1大片)
 
<調味料>
鰹魚調味露二倍 (3大匙)
味淋風調味料本照 (3大匙)
料理酒 (3大匙)
 
蔥 (1/2根)
白飯 (丼2杯份)
海苔(已切好的) (適量)
沙拉油 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 雞腿肉切成一口大小,泡在十分鐘。
  2. 長蔥切成4公分長度,使用平底鍋素煎。
  3. 在平底鍋放入沙拉油加熱後,開始煎[1]的雞肉。
  4. 把雞肉煎到表面有顏色時,放入浸泡雞肉的在平底鍋淋在雞肉上,燉煮到汁變成黏稠。
  5. 把飯放入碗公,加入海帶、[2]、[4]盛坢即可享用!
