Ingredients

鯖魚(切片)2片
生薑 5g
長葱 1根
 
<調味料>
穀物醋 4大匙
醬油 1大匙
砂糖 1大匙又1/2)
水 2大匙

Instructions

  1. 先將鯖魚用紙巾瀝乾,再將半片的鯖魚切成兩半,生薑連皮切成薄片。
  2. 將〈調味料〉和薑放入鍋中燉煮。
  3. 加入鯖魚燉煮,並蓋上鍋蓋,用中火煮約7~8分鐘左右,即可食用。
