Ingredients

豬肩肉 2片 (1cm厚)
蓮藕 100g
長葱 1根
水 1/2杯
穀物醋 1/4杯
蠔油 1大匙
馬鈴薯粉 1大匙
醬油 1/2大匙
芝麻油 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 將豬肉切成一口大小,抹上醬油後,再沾上馬鈴薯粉。
  2. 蓮藕隨意切塊,長葱切成3cm長度。
  3. 於鍋中放入芝麻油和豆瓣醬拌炒一下,再將①和長葱兩面都煎熟後,加入「溫和醋」、水、蠔油。
  4. 最後放入蓮藕,蓋上鍋蓋,約煮15~20分鐘,讓醬料入味。
