Ingredients

中華麵 (生麵) (2團)
豬肉 切碎片 (100g)
剝殼蝦 (12尾)
高麗菜 (2片)
豆芽菜 (1袋)
紅蘿蔔 (1/4根)
鴻喜菇 (1/2袋)
魚板 (4片)
沙拉油 (適量)
塩・胡椒 (少許)
豚骨醬油鍋高湯 (開封即用型) (1袋)
牛奶 (1/2杯)
麻油 (1小匙)

Instructions

  1. 豬肉、高麗菜、胡蘿蔔切成好入口大小。鴻喜菇去除根部後掰散、魚板切絲。
  2. 取深一點的平底鍋加入沙拉油, 油熱後加入豬肉跟蝦子香煎。當表面炒到變色後轉大火炒高麗菜、胡蘿蔔、豆芽菜、魚板、灑上塩・胡椒快炒。
  3. 等到蔬菜炒熟後取出搖晃均勻的「味滋康 豚骨醬油火鍋高湯」和牛奶、一起倒入平底鍋。
  4. 等到湯汁沸騰後關火淋上麻油即可。
  5. 用較多水煮熟中華麵、盛入碗內、放入(4)。
