Ingredients

豬五花薄片 (300g)
高麗菜 (1/2個)
馬鈴薯 (1個)
豆芽菜 (1袋)
番茄 (中等大小的1個)
披薩用起司 (30g(可隨個人喜好適量增加))
泡菜鍋高湯 (開封即用型) (1袋)

Instructions

  1. 將所有食材切成適當入口大小(但是馬鈴薯/番茄切再大塊以免煮久化掉)。
  2. 將「泡菜鍋高湯」稍微搖晃一下後,. 加入鍋內, 再開大火煮至沸騰後轉中火。
  3. 接著放入鍋內順序為馬鈴薯, 煮至稍微軟化後 加入高麗菜跟豆芽菜, 煮約1-2分鐘等到菜稍微出水後
  4. 加入好入口大小的豬肉片及番茄。
  5. 等到食材都煮熟後, 灑上起司,略微加熱後熄火, 蓋鍋蓋至起司都溶化即可享用。
