Ingredients

飯 (300g)
豬肉片 (200g)
菠菜 (1/3把)
豆芽 (50g)
胡蘿蔔 (1/3根)
蛋 (1個)
大蒜 (薄切) (1片)
芝麻醬 (堅果) (4大匙)
鹽・胡椒 (少量)
沙拉油 (適量)
胡麻油 (1大匙)

Instructions

  1. 分別把豆芽、切細絲的胡蘿蔔、切5cm長度左右的菠菜稍作川燙起鍋,撒上少量鹽、胡椒及胡麻油調味。
  2. 在平底鍋倒入沙拉油,把豬肉片及大蒜翻炒過後,加入「金芝麻 焙煎堅果」(2大匙)後關火。
  3. 平底鍋熱鍋後倒入胡麻油,飯及「金芝麻 焙煎堅果」(2大匙)拌勻後,在飯的上面鋪上①及②,打一顆蛋上去即大功告成!
