洋蔥 (1/4個)
小黃瓜 (1/2根)
芹菜 (適量)
 
<醬汁>
蘋果醋 (2大匙)
沙拉油 (2大匙)
砂糖 (1小匙)
鹽 (1/4小匙)
胡椒 (少量)

Instructions

  1. 章魚之腳切成一口大小。
  2. 將萵苣切成易入口之大小。洋蔥切片淨泡於水。小黃瓜切成不規則型。番茄切成一口大小
  3. 將<醬汁>攪拌後,加入①和②泡漬10分鐘以上。
  4. 盛盤後灑上切成細末之芹菜。
