竹筍(水煮) (200g)
油豆皮 (1/2 片)
滋優鮮露(鰹魚) (3/4 杯)

Instructions

  1. 米洗好後放置30分鐘。
  2. 把米放入在煮飯器裡,再加味滋康滋優鮮露鰹魚2倍後調水量。
  3. 竹筍切好切薄片,根部切半月型的1公分寬的薄片,油豆腐切細。
