Ingredients

鶏腿肉(去皮) (1大片(270g))
 
<A>
蘋果醋 (1湯匙)
醬油
麵粉 (3湯匙)
太白粉 (3湯匙)
炸油 (適量)
 
<B>
蘋果醋 (1/2湯匙)
番茄醬 (1/2湯匙)
醬油 (1/2湯匙)
砂糖 (1又1/3湯匙)
酒 (1湯匙)
水 (1/3杯)
雞粉 (1/4小匙)
太白粉 (2又1/2小匙(用等量的水溶解))

白芝麻 (適量)
萵苣葉 (適量)
小番茄 (適量)
南瓜 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 雞腿肉的脂肪和皮去除,切成3公分易於食用的大小,然後加入<A>揉醃。 (大概醃約30分鐘)
  2. 將麵粉和太白粉混合成炸粉,將①用紙巾稍微吸去表面水分後,將雞肉均勻沾上炸粉 ,用中溫的油溫油炸直至肉的中心都熟透。
  3. 拿個小鍋, 倒入混合好的<B>,開小火加熱至湯汁濃稠,加入②迅速拌炒讓湯汁裹附在炸雞上, 最後灑上白芝麻後盛入盤內。
