Ingredients

豬里肌肉片 (200g)
洋蔥 (1/2個)
紅蘿蔔 (1/3根)
黃椒 (1/4個)
青椒 (1個)
沙拉油 (1大匙)
 
<調味料>
鰹魚調味露二倍 (4大匙)
番茄醬 (2大匙)
 
<依個人喜好>
羅勒 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 洋蔥切1cm的弧形狀。紅蘿蔔切5mm半圓形。黃椒與青椒切一口大小。<調味料>均勻混合。
  2. 平底鍋熱鍋後倒入沙拉油,再放入豬肉片炒至表面微焦後,把①的蔬菜加入拌炒至軟。
  3. 鍋內剩餘的油用廚房紙巾稍作擦拭,把<調味料>加入拌炒至濃稠狀。
  4. 把[③盛盤,依個人喜好加入羅勒裝飾。
