Ingredients

麵線(乾) (2人份(3~4束))
豬肉片 薄切 (150g)
洋蔥 (1/2個)
油豆腐 (1/2片)
蒜頭 (切成蒜末) (1片)
生薑 (切細絲) (5g)
沙拉油 (1大匙)
 
<醬汁>
鰹魚調味露二倍 (1杯)
水 (1/2杯)
蔥 (切蔥花) (適量)
溫泉蛋 (2個)

Instructions

  1. 豬肉切成方便食用大小,洋蔥切片,油豆腐切細條。<醬汁>拌勻後備用。
  2. 平底鍋裡的沙拉油預熱,將蒜末爆香後,放入豬肉片,炒至肉變色加入洋蔥和油豆腐一同拌炒。
  3. [2]中加入<醬汁>, 煮至汁液收到剩一半時放入生薑絲。
  4. 麵線水煮後沖涼撈起, 盛入碗中。
  5. 最後再將[3]淋在[4]中上,撒上葱花和溫泉蛋。
