Ingredients

桃子口味糖漿(一罐) (適量)
罐裝鳳梨 (適量)

穀物醋 (1/4杯)
蘋果汁 (1/2杯)
水 (2/3杯)
寒天粉 (2g)
砂糖 (1~2大匙)
 或
蜂蜜

Instructions

  1. 把水果切成好入口的大小,放入容器內(10x10cm大小的盒子)
  2. 在鍋子內倒入< A >後攪拌均勻,轉小火~中火持續攪拌加熱至沸騰。煮1~2分鐘待寒天粉徹底融化後,加入砂糖(或蜂蜜)混拌均勻,視個人喜好調整甜度。
  3. 慢慢地將[2]倒入[1]的容器內,等表面凝固後放入冰箱冷藏, 使之固定形狀。食用前從冰箱取出, 切成個人喜好大小。
