Ingredients

春捲皮 (10張)
蝦(已剝殼) (200g)
洋蔥(切細末) (1/4個)
沙拉油 (1大匙)
太白粉(已加水) (1小匙)
麵粉 (少量)
炸油 (適量)
 
<調味料>
味滋康 純米料理酒 (2大匙)
雞湯粉 (1/4杯)
穀物醋 (1又1/2大匙)
味滋康 味淋 (1又1/2大匙)
番茄醬 (1大匙)
鹽 (少量)
胡椒 (少量)

Instructions

  1. 蝦子切成1公分大小。
  2. 鍋裡加入沙拉油炒洋蔥細末,炒到洋蔥便透明後加①拌炒。
  3. ②裡加入烹煮後倒入以水溶化太白粉,取出冷卻。
  4. 把③包在春捲皮,使用麵粉與水混入的水塗在邊緣,用約170度炸油油炸。
