Ingredients

豬絞肉 (200g)
蔥(切細末) (1大匙)
蛋 (1大匙)
太白粉 (1大匙)
鹽 (少量)
白菜 (2~3葉)
紅蘿蔔 (1/2 根)
牛蒡 (1/4根)
四季豆 (8根)
鰹魚調味露二倍 (1 杯)
水 (2 杯)
沙拉油 (適量)

Instructions

  1. <豬丸子>材料充分攪拌均勻,平底鍋裡倒入沙拉油加熱,並將豬丸子排放入鍋中煎至兩面呈金黃色後取出。
  2. 白菜、紅蘿蔔、牛蒡、四季豆切成一口大小。
  3. 鍋中倒入味滋康 滋優鮮露 2倍與水加熱後,加上[1]、[2]燉煮。蔬菜變軟後把醬汁一起盛盤即可。
