豬肉 (300g)
泡菜(白菜) (200g)
洋蔥 (1/2 個)
韭菜 (1/2 束)
麻油 (適量)
鰹魚調味露二倍 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 豬肉切成一口大小,洋蔥切成5mm寬,韭菜沏4cm長。
  2. 平底鍋中放入少許麻油炒豬肉,豬肉均勻熟後加入洋蔥與泡菜一起拌炒。倒入味滋康 滋優鮮露 2倍 2大匙,最後加入韭菜拌炒後盛盤。
