雞前翅 (12隻)
油蔥酥 (1又1/2湯匙)
蔥花 (1湯匙)
 
<醃料>
蒜茸 (1茶匙)
醬油 (1湯匙)
鹽 (適量)
糖 (1/2茶匙)
芝麻醬 (堅果) (21/1湯匙)
 
<調味料>
芝麻醬 (堅果) (2湯匙)

Instructions

  1. 醃料拌勻,放入雞翅醃約10分鐘。
  2. 將鍋中油燒熱後,將醃好的雞翅煎香至金黃熟透,下調味拌勻煮滾,盛裝入盤,灑點油蔥酥及蔥花即可。
