Ingredients

馬鈴薯 (3個)
沙拉油 (1又1/3大匙)
芝麻油 (1又1/3小匙)
辣椒 (1 根)
 
<調味料>
滋優鮮露(鰹魚) (40ml)
味滋康 味淋
味淋風調味料本照
 
白芝麻 (少量)

Instructions

  1. 馬鈴薯去皮切絲泡水,紅辣椒去籽切小。
  2. 平底鍋裡放入沙拉油與麻油加熱,放入去水份之馬鈴薯,炒熟(注意不要讓它焦)。
  3. (2)裡放入紅辣椒、<調味料>,炒至味道入味,最後灑上白芝麻後盛盤。
