  1. 將長蔥斜切、紅蘿蔔切成細條狀、青紫蘇切成粗條狀。
  2. 將「芝麻豆乳鍋高湯(開封即用型)」搖勻後放入鍋內,點火煮開後,加入長蔥、紅蘿蔔、鴻禧菇。待蔬菜煮熟後加入涮涮鍋用的豬肉、牛肉涮一下。
  3. 將燙好的烏龍麵條放入碗內。在其上加[2]。用青紫蘇點綴就完成了。
